    Store Manager


    We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Store Manager at our new Capital Angling Carp Mega Store. 

    As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining a positive working environment.

    This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional retail experiences.


    As a Store Manager you will:


    • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management

    • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations

    • Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise store efficiency

    • Drive sales by developing and implementing sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives

    • Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times, resolving customer complaints or concerns promptly and effectively

    • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business

    • Recruit, train, and mentor store staff, providing ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure high performance and employee engagement

    • Create and maintain staff schedules to meet business needs

    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, collaboration, and accountability

    • Ensure the store is visually appealing and merchandise is displayed in accordance with company guidelines

    • Regularly inspect the store to identify maintenance issues or cleanliness concerns, taking appropriate action to address them promptly

    • Manage the store budget and expenses, maximising profitability whilst controlling costs

    • Prepare and analyse financial reports to track sales performance, inventory levels, and expenses, making recommendations for improvement as needed

    About you:

    • Proven experience in a retail management role

    • Industry knowledge, preferably Carp specialism 

    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    • Solid understanding of retail operations and best practices

    • Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems

    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

    • Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction

    We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Assistant. The Store Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations, ensuring efficient store functioning, and delivering outstanding service to our customers.

This role combines traditional digital marketing expertise with emerging AI technologies to improve campaign performance, automate repetitive tasks, generate creative content and drive measurable commercial growth.

    The successful candidate will be highly analytical, commercially minded and passionate about leveraging AI to gain competitive advantage within e-commerce.

    As a Digital Advertising & Campaign Manager you will:

    • Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns across:
    • Google Ads
    • Google Shopping
    • Performance Max
    • Meta (Facebook & Instagram)

    • Plan annual and seasonal campaign strategies.
