We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as Store Manager at our new Capital Angling Carp Mega Store.
As the Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store operations, ensuring excellent customer service, driving sales, managing staff, and maintaining a positive working environment.
This role requires strong leadership skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering exceptional retail experiences.As a Store Manager you will:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the store, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimise store efficiency
Drive sales by developing and implementing sales strategies, promotions, and initiatives

Build and maintain strong customer relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business

About you:
Proven experience in a retail management role
Industry knowledge, preferably Carp specialism

Proficiency in point-of-sale (POS) systems
